Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges
Easy, 3-Step Returns
If we can't make your feet smile, then we believe your return should be simple:
- Email us at support@leandoers.com with your name, your issue with the product, and your order number (don't have your order number? No worries! We'll find your info!)
- Print the prepaid shipping label that we will send to your email address.
- Drop off your items at the nearest courier using the label provided.
As soon as we receive the return product, we'll refund your order! (usually issued within 2-weeks of your return drop-off)
Please note the following exceptions:
- Clearance and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items should be in original packaging
- Returned items must not have unreasonable, visible signs of wear or use (ex: stains, tears, etc.)
Additional Information:
- All refunds are issued when we receive the product.
- We cover return and exchange shipping fees
- If the return product is lost or damaged during return, we'll first investigate the issue by talking to you and the carrier. From there, we'll issue either a full or partial refund, pending the circumstances.
