3-Step Return Policy

Easy, 3-Step Returns

If we can't make your feet smile, then we believe your return should be simple:

    1. Email us at support@leandoers.com with your name, your issue with the product, and your order number (don't have your order number? No worries! We'll find your info!)
    2. Print the prepaid shipping label that we will send to your email address.
    3. Drop off your items at the nearest courier using the label provided. 

As soon as we receive the return product, we'll refund your order! (usually issued within 2-weeks of your return drop-off)

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Clearance and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items should be in original packaging
  • Returned items must not have unreasonable, visible signs of wear or use (ex: stains, tears, etc.)

Additional Information:

  • All refunds are issued when we receive the product. 
  • We cover return and exchange shipping fees
  • If the return product is lost or damaged during return, we'll first investigate the issue by talking to you and the carrier. From there, we'll issue either a full or partial refund, pending the circumstances.
